The 2014, year of the Everglades report. So far the weather here in Charleston is been so erratic, cold and windy, so I really have not done a whole of good fishing! We are starting to get warmer better fishing days and finally the other day I got my first fish of the year on the Everglades special, a small largemouth bass. It was good to finally get it going. This past weekend I was fishing canals in Florida had a small Tarpon Swipe at the fly but missed. I’m hoping for a redfish to be my next catch, Lord knows I need it.

The fish were just being A-holes…they were there, but not in an eating mood.
